Ms. Muñoz's Third Grade

Hello, and welcome to our class website! I'm Lauren Muñoz, and I am excited to share this journey with you and your children this school year. Here’s a little bit about me:

This is my 16th year of teaching, 10 of which have been in third grade.

I am originally from Texas but have been enjoying life in North Carolina for the past three years.

I have one wonderful son, Shane, who is currently in college at my alma mater, the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA). He previously attended an arts-based high school where he was actively involved in tech theatre for musical performances.

I am also a cat mom to Sadie. She brings a lot of love and laughter to our home.

I believe in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment where each child feels valued and motivated to learn. My goal is to inspire a love for learning and the arts that extends beyond the classroom.

I am looking forward to this school year, it is going to be fantastic!
