Box Tops | Collect box tops from participating products and turn them in for cash donations to the school. Each Box Top equals $.10! | Join the Box Top Committee to help with collection days, cutting and counting. | |
Library | Donate funds to help purchase books. | Donate gently used books for school libraries or classroom libraries. | Shelve books. |
Traffic | Help with morning drop-off, afternoon pick-up and special event parking. | ||
Yearbook | Purchase a yearbook for your child or child’s classroom. | Photograph productions, field trips, special class events (save as high res) for use in the yearbook. | |
Gardening | Donate plants, gardening tools, use of pick-up trucks for mulch trips. | Participate in garden workdays held one Saturday each month as well as ongoing tasks that may be completed to suit any schedule. | |
Classrooms | Donate items from your teacher’s wish list as well as ongoing needed supplies like tissue and hand sanitizer. | Volunteer for various jobs in the classroom (e.g. math helper, field trips, etc.)or at home projects (e.g. cutting, pencil sharpening, etc.) | |
“Assistant Principal for the Day” Raffles | Buy tickets for a chance for your child to be the Assistant Principal for the Day. Drawings monthly at Friday Sing. Tickets are $1 each or $5 for 6. | ||

Positive Discipline Workshop Date TBD | Interactive workshop for parents led by Robin Hollis. Learn to apply ABS’ Positive Discipline practices at home. Cost of workshop is $10/family. | ||
Family Fall Festival – Noon-3pm | Games, live music, food trucks and a day of fun for the whole family! Admission is $5 per child (adults are free). | Volunteer for the committee or to work during the event. | |
Movie Days – 12:00pm-2:30pm | Held on early dismissal days, your child can attend an afternoon movie from noon-2:30pm. Admission is $5 and concession snacks are available for purchase. | Donate snacks or bottled waters for sale in our concession stand. | Volunteer to work during the event selling concessions, monitoring bathrooms, setting up and clean up. |
January Jam – 2:30-4:30pm | Two simultaneous dance parties (one for K-4 and one for 5-7)!
