Behavior and Discipline Policy
Parents, students, and staff are expected to treat each other with respect. Parents will be notified at pickup by the staff member on duty of any minor student infractions. For more serious discipline issues, the Program Director will call the parent. A student may be suspended or expelled for issues such as (but not limited to) fighting, biting, bullying, threats, theft, harming another student or staff member, possession of a weapon, vandalism or destruction of property, inappropriate behavior, and excessive misconduct. Suspension or expulsion from Summer Camp and/or the Before & After Camp Program is at the discretion of the Program Director. The length of the suspension is related to the severity of the incident. No refunds are given for student suspensions or permanent removal from camp programs.
